Happy 5th Birthday Abby

So happy with kitten

Shutting eyes waiting for suprise

Grandma's favorite pictures of Abby's fifth Birthday. We went to her birthday party this past Saturday and Monday for her real birthday, Grandma took her to lunch at Dairy King while mommy was in Salt Lake getting her a baby kitten which she adored.
I had Abby and James in dairy King when James decided he wanted Abby's drink which was sprite after the first taste I could not get that cup back from him no matter what. So he is enjoying the sprite and Abby was enjoying playing with the trains and eating her birthday lunch. When mommy got home and brought that kitten up and told Abby to shut her eyes she about jumped to the ceiling with joy. Abby loves I mean really loves animals, when we took her to the high school play the wizard of oz it was all we could do not to let her go run up on that stage and pet toto. We had to keep telling her that the show was going on and that there was hundreds of people watching and we could not let her run up and pet the dog. I laughed hard at that. Then another thing not related to animals that she did a couple of weeks ago was cut
her little friends pony tail off with scissors, which I could not stop laughing even knowing how horrified Wendy was. The little girl has a short hair style now but looks really cute with it. Kids do the darnest things and you can't help but laugh at their innocence. By the way when Wendy was about Abby's age she cut chunks out of her brother's hair and we had to get all his cut off.

Tyler loved the kitten as well

Mexican Extreme Vacation

We went on a cruise to the Mexican Riveria and went on this extreme excursion where you rode the mule up the mountain then ziplined and propeled down several areas of fun. I couldn't believe I was doing it. I am very glad I had been working out in gym for the last several months to have the stamina to endure. It was a lot of fun and beautiful. I can see why they called it extreme. You had to use your hands on zipline to stop not the zipline I was use to in Park City. That is a baby compared to these. Then when they told me to jump off the cliff and propel into the waterfall I thought I was going to stay on that platform for ever till the guide gave me a push and told me to keep my feet straight out and walk down the rocks. Never let legs not be stiff they said. I did one time and smashed into side of rock wall. John thought it was a great adventure as well. He said they would never allow something that extreme in the USA we relaxed in the hot tub that night then went swimming in ocean the next day. WE love to take the Cruises because they have so much entertainment and activities and lots of good food. They are also a cheaper way to explore a new country. Who knows what is next......
