As I was getting my lesson ready for primary I listened to a talk from BYU week that talked about your attitude. You can choose to get the most out of
your teaching or you can be miserable. You can choose to get the most out of sacrament meetings or you can choose to not listen and be bored. You can choose if you want to be happy or you can choose to be sad. The choice is what you make it in anything. This really got to me since two weeks ago I broke my ankle in Md. Had a Dr. call in Md. to tell me that my immunities were shot and I had to have those terribly expensive shots, and another to tell me I had a large mass on the left kidney and what hospital did I prefer to go too. I felt overwhelmed for the past several weeks with too much from DOCTORS. So I choose to get better and enjoy life. I choose to try to do the things I can and I choose not to let all these things overwhelm me. So if you see me driving with my left foot and not causing an accident it is because I choose not to sit and be miserable. Yes I did feel sorry for myself the past days but as he said you are what you choose. So I am going to do what the
dr.s say, play all the christmas music for the handbells and be a reader on the polar express. Watch my beautiful grandchildren when needed and choose to be happy.
WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE DO YOU CHOOSE TO BE THE BEST..........

Awesome additude Vicki! You are an inspiration to us all!
That was just what I needed to hear right now. I'm glad you 'chose' to post it.
Those sound like good choices!! I hope things get cleared up soon. You've always had a great attitude towards life and all it's challenges. Thanks for your example.
Ahhhh, vicki, I feel so bad about your accident. You are such a tropper! Good attitude. I need to think like that a lot more. I hope you heal very soon. I can't wait to hear all about your trip to MD. Love you!
Thanks Vicki
I guess I better choose to go get in the shower!
You are wonderful and amazing!

SWEET! Now let's go do something fun.
Keep hangin' on Vicky! I love the way you take life on full speed ahead! I knew a broken leg wasn't going to keep you down for long. You're an awesome friend—an inspiration and motivator, with a sense of humor, too. And now, excuse me—I think I'd better go make some attitude adjustments!
Love you! Kathy
